MedConvo is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform operated by Ayelite Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. By accessing or using MedConvo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MedConvo is a fully automated, software-only service. No human labour or human-driven professional services are involved in the delivery of the platform or in the generation of clinical documentation outputs.
You must be a licensed healthcare professional or an authorized member of a healthcare organization to use this Service. By using MedConvo, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
MedConvo provides AI-powered tools for clinical documentation, including real-time transcription of patient-physician conversations, automated SOAP note generation, custom templates, and ICD-10 & CPT code suggestions. The Service is designed to assist — not replace — the clinical judgment of licensed healthcare providers.
MedConvo is a clinical documentation assistance tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider using the Service. AI-generated notes and code suggestions must always be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before being finalized or used in patient care.
All purchases and subscription billing are processed securely through our payment processor. Applicable taxes will be collected and remitted in accordance with relevant tax regulations.
You retain full ownership of all clinical notes and content generated through the Service. Ayelite Technologies does not claim any ownership over your content. Audio data is processed in real-time for transcription purposes and is not stored after processing.
All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and content that constitute the MedConvo platform are the exclusive property of Ayelite Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal clinical documentation purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ayelite Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. The healthcare provider is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all clinical records.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
