MedConvo offers a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, you will not be charged and your account will revert to limited access automatically.
For any paid subscription — monthly or annual — you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. No conditions or usage thresholds apply. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
After the 14-day refund period, subscriptions are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions stop renewing upon cancellation, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions similarly continue through the end of the paid term upon cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you need assistance, email us at [email protected] and we will process the cancellation for you.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
